Quick Story Snippet

One morning, a shiny raindrop splashed onto Milo’s notebook. Glittering words appeared:
*Dear Milo, the Weather Captain’s badge is waiting! Meet us by the rainbow puddle after the ninth chime. Bring Drizzle.*

At the ninth chime, Milo tiptoed behind Grandma’s cottage. A small puddle glowed with rainbow colours. Holding Drizzle, Milo took a deep breath and stepped in.

Whoosh! He rose on soft, whirling mist, with Drizzle holding onto his hood for dear life.

He landed in a fluffy, bright room high above the village. Five children wearing colourful coats cheered, “Welcome, Captain Milo!” Nora, the tallest, pinned a rainbow badge on Milo’s raincoat.
