Quick Story Snippet

Past the Moon they sailed. Meteor dust glittered like confetti around them. Sometimes Star beeped alarms, but Luna answered with even breaths, whispering, “Feel the air in, feel the air out.” The alarms hushed, and the voyage stayed smooth.\
\
Soon a purple planet rolled into view, ringed by silver clouds. Star scanned. “Oxygen suitable. Life signs—large.” Luna’s eyes sparkled. “Maybe dino-saur life signs!” She guided the craft down through cottony vapor and landed in emerald grass tall as corn.\
\
Thump… THUMP. A gentle giant appeared—long neck, sky-blue spots, eyes like moons. “Welcome,” it rumbled. Behind it waddled horn-crested friends and feathered sprinters, tails leaving sunset stripes in the dirt. Luna’s grin stretched wider than the Rockies.\
\
All afternoon they played. The dinosaurs helped Luna build a sand volcano; Star projected lava-red lights that made everyone squeal with pretend terror. Laughter echoed across valleys while twin suns slid toward the horizon.
